Terms of service

Sparelaxy is provided to salvage & breaker yards on a subscription basis. You are responsible for the accuracy of the vehicles, parts and prices you publish, for meeting your own VAT and End-of-Life-Vehicle obligations, and for the terms of each marketplace (eBay, Amazon, Walmart) you connect. We provide the tooling; you remain the seller of record and the merchant on your storefront payouts.

The service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and our liability is limited to the fees you have paid. Either party may end the subscription; your data can be exported on request.
