Do my staff need to be technical?
No. If they can scan a label and take a photo, they can run it. The field app is built for the yard floor.
How does VAT work?
Sparelaxy supports standard VAT and the second-hand margin scheme, set per country, and applies the right one on every invoice automatically.
Will it oversell a part?
No. There is a single stock count across all channels — when a part sells anywhere, it is withdrawn from the others automatically.
Can buyers use my own storefront?
Yes. Every yard gets a branded public storefront, plus optional eBay, Amazon, Walmart and a WhatsApp buy-flow.
How do I get paid?
Storefront payments are routed straight to your bank via Stripe Connect — you are the merchant of record.
Is my data separate from other yards?
Yes. Each yard is a separate tenant, isolated at the database level with row-level security. Your data is never visible to another yard.
